Supervisor Medical Practice

AdventHealth is hiring a Medical Practice Supervisor to oversee daily operations at its outpatient clinic in Zephyrhills, Florida. ### What you'll do - Coordinate daily clinical and administrative operations of the medical practice site - Supervise, recruit, orient, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff, including probationary and ongoing performance reviews - Serve as on-site liaison between patients, physicians, administration, government agencies, and third-party payers - Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards across the practice - Oversee accurate and timely charge capture, billing, and collections, maintaining internal controls over accounts receivable - Lead quality and patient safety initiatives and resolve patient complaints in a timely manner ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred - Minimum 2 years of related work experience required - BLS/CPR certification required - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer requirements preferred - Experience with ICD-10 and CPT coding preferred - CHAA or CRCR certification preferred; leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $39,978–$74,360 annually ($19.22–$35.75/hr) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Zephyrhills is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based not-for-profit health network serving communities across the United States.
