About this role

A full-time Trainer role at AdventHealth's Cancer Institute supports staff development and training operations in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Develop training tracks and lesson plans for new and existing hires across all service areas - Prepare and deliver learning materials using classroom instruction, nesting/chairside learning, and computer-based training methods - Lead new hire onboarding programs and provide ongoing floor support following in-class training - Collaborate with department leaders to establish training goals, report on curriculum outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities - Design and map workflows and processes using process mapping tools and adult learning principles - Adapt training delivery to audiences of varying sizes, professions, and experience levels ### What we're looking for - Experience in an adult learning education or teaching setting (required) - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Expertise in process mapping tools and methods - Curriculum or training material development experience (required) - Associate degree (preferred); healthcare or contact center experience (preferred) - 2+ years of training and education experience (preferred) ### What's included - Salary range: $44,825–$83,367 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states, with a mission centered on whole-person care in body, mind, and spirit.
