About this role

An outpatient Pelvic Physical Therapist role at AdventHealth's Sport Medicine and Rehab clinic in Lake Mary, Florida. ### What you'll do - Evaluate and treat patients using pelvic health physical therapy techniques, performing initial evaluations and re-evaluations per evidence-based standards. - Document and code patient encounters accurately and timely in compliance with insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy. - Oversee care delivered by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides per state regulations and practice standards. - Build and maintain physician referral relationships through outreach and marketing to local practices. - Participate in community events, educational lectures, and public awareness activities as an extension of clinical expertise. - Adapt scheduling and coverage across centers as patient census demands, with manager oversight. ### What we're looking for - Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Florida, or Temporary PT license; required. - Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. - Pelvic Therapy Certification preferred. - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required. - Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical competency. ### What's included - Pay range: $65,623–$122,055 per year; minimum starting rate $35/hour. - Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus. - Up to $3,000 relocation assistance. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. ### About the practice AdventHealth's Sport Medicine and Rehab clinic at 960 Rinehart Road in Lake Mary, FL operates Monday through Saturday, offering outpatient rehabilitation services within a large faith-based health system.
