### What you'll do
- Evaluate and treat patients using pelvic health physical therapy techniques, performing initial evaluations and re-evaluations per evidence-based standards.
- Document and code patient encounters accurately and timely in compliance with insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy.
- Oversee care delivered by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides per state regulations and practice standards.
- Build and maintain physician referral relationships through outreach and marketing to local practices.
- Participate in community events, educational lectures, and public awareness activities as an extension of clinical expertise.
- Adapt scheduling and coverage across centers as patient census demands, with manager oversight.
### What we're looking for
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Florida, or Temporary PT license; required.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
- Pelvic Therapy Certification preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical competency.

- Pay range: $65,623–$122,055 per year; minimum starting rate $35/hour.
