Linen Supervisor

A Linen Supervisor role at AdventHealth in Apopka, Florida, overseeing linen operations and environmental services staff across a full-time day/weekend schedule. ### What you'll do - Develop and maintain monthly staffing schedules, ensuring coverage for vacations, sick days, and holidays - Monitor time, attendance, and productivity; mobilize personnel as needed to meet operational targets - Establish priorities, track progress, resolve scheduling conflicts, and report results to leadership - Lead the full hiring cycle including interviews, new hire orientations, and ongoing training - Coach, counsel, and administer performance evaluations and disciplinary actions in alignment with hospital policy - Apply knowledge of linen processing and sterilization procedures to maintain quality and compliance standards ### What we're looking for - 3+ years of experience in laundry or central sterile supply (required) - Demonstrated knowledge of linen processing and linen sterilization procedures (required) - Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook (required) - Effective communication skills across all levels of staff and leadership (required) - Valid Driver's License (required) - Bilingual English/Spanish ability (preferred) ### What's included - Pay range: $19.22–$35.75/hour (~$39,978–$74,360 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Student loan repayment program and career development resources ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a broad footprint across Florida and the southeastern United States.
