Charge Description Master Standard Mgr

AdventHealth is hiring a Charge Description Master (CDM) Standards Manager at its headquarters in Altamonte Springs, Florida, to oversee charge coding accuracy and compliance across the health system. ### What you'll do - Coordinate charge coding additions, deletions, and revisions to optimize billing across all payors - Collaborate with IT teams to implement chargemaster updates and maintain data integrity - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coding standards including ICD-10 and CPT - Communicate with clinical and financial stakeholders to support accurate charge capture and pricing decisions - Maintain the Charge Description Master SharePoint site and produce a recurring chargemaster newsletter - Provide education and compliance support to clinical staff on charge capture and billing best practices ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree required - 2+ years of experience in chargemaster management, healthcare billing, or finance support - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) - Working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and healthcare billing systems - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data management - Clinical training in one or more ancillary areas preferred ### What's included - Salary range: $54,681–$101,718 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of fully paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system headquartered in Altamonte Springs, Florida, operating more than 50 hospitals and hundreds of care sites across nine states.
