### What you'll do
- Perform PT evaluations and re-evaluations, developing and adapting individualized treatment plans with appropriate goals and frequency
- Discharge patients based on achievement of maximum benefit aligned with professional standards and payer guidelines
- Document and charge services accurately using objective, measurable terminology consistent with clinical and organizational standards
- Deliver patient and caregiver education through planned and spontaneous opportunities, documenting comprehension as appropriate
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, journal club reviews, and collaborative clinical practice education within a peer group
- Apply age-specific knowledge to assess and modify care approaches across all patient age groups
### What we're looking for
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license or PT-Temp license in Florida (required)
- Entry-level professional competency in physical therapy practices, theory, and principles
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required)
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
