About this role

A Supply Chain Coordinator role at AdventHealth Fish Memorial in Orange City, Florida, supporting hospital supply chain operations on a Monday–Friday day shift. ### What you'll do - Process supply return requests, requisitions, receiving, and product recall activities accurately and on schedule - Manage departmental communications professionally to meet internal customer expectations - Build and maintain supplier and customer relationships, resolving issues and sourcing products - Oversee the full receiving process from inspection through delivery using good distribution practices - Coordinate and support product conversions at the facility level - Assist with supplier training and staff support related to new products and equipment ### What we're looking for - Associate degree in Business or related field (required); Bachelor's preferred — or High School diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience - 2+ years of experience in purchasing, receiving, shipping, or distribution - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel - Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with an ERP system (preferred) - CMRP certification preferred; RN licensure listed as a preferred credential ### What's included - Pay range: $18.69–$28.89/hr ($38,875–$62,171 annualized) - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance from day one - Paid Time Off from day one - 403(b) Retirement Plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Fish Memorial is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states.
