About this role

A Supply Chain Specialty Coordinator manages medical supplies and materials for a specialty department or procedure area at AdventHealth Fish Memorial in Orange City, Florida. ### What you'll do - Establish and maintain PAR levels for stocked items, ensuring proper rotation, labeling, and removal of expired goods - Manage product recall activities, pulling affected products from use and packaging them for return - Coordinate product trials and evaluations in conjunction with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders - Meet with suppliers to resolve issues, source products and equipment, and arrange staff training - Communicate new items, product changes, substitutions, back orders, and storage location updates to staff - Participate in performance improvement activities, value analysis projects, and supply chain cost reduction initiatives ### What we're looking for - Associate's degree required (Bachelor's in Business Administration, Education, or Healthcare preferred) - Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience - Basic knowledge of products and equipment used in a specialty or clinical care setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel - Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - ERP system experience and CMRP certification preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $18.69–$29.89/hour (~$38,875–$62,171 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of fully paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Fish Memorial is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based not-for-profit health network operating across multiple states.
