Occupational Health Nurse

An Occupational Health Nurse at AdventHealth Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC) delivers employee health services across a part-time day-shift schedule supporting staff and leaders at Hendersonville and satellite clinic locations. ### What you'll do - Triage and coordinate transport of injured workers to appropriate care facilities - Manage employee medical records in the EMR from check-in to check-out, documenting orders, procedures, and assessments - Process employees through new-hire onboarding to annual compliance, including screenings and drug testing per federal protocols - Conduct respirator fit testing in accordance with OSHA standards and AdventHealth policy - Administer immunizations, phlebotomy, and injections (IM, Sub-Q, intradermal) under Medical Director standing orders - Support return-to-work programs and employee health initiatives, including data analysis and written progress reports ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred - Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) - 2+ years of nursing experience (preferred) - Familiarity with OSHA, CDC, and AOHP guidelines and infection control protocols - Proficiency in phlebotomy, immunization techniques, and occupational health software (Systoc preferred) ### What's included - Pay range: $31.64–$50.13/hr (~$65,811–$104,270 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Whole-person well-being and mental health resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Hendersonville is a faith-based health system campus located at 100 Hospital Drive, serving patients and team members across Western North Carolina.
