About this role
AdventHealth Rehab Services is hiring full-time Physical Therapists (with OT and Speech Pathology openings also available) across eight locations in Florida, including the flagship site in Daytona Beach.
### What you'll do
- Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques and established standards of practice.
- Establish, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans including goal setting, treatment activities, and visit frequency.
- Document patient care accurately, completely, and on time using measurable and objective terminology.
- Educate patients and caregivers, including discharge planning and home program recommendations.
- Oversee care delivered by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides per regulatory and practice standards.
- Represent the department through community events, educational lectures, and clinical outreach.
### What we're looking for
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license or Temporary PT license in Florida — required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification — required.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy — preferred; education must satisfy state licensure eligibility requirements.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills with patients, staff, and clinical partners.
- New graduates are eligible; no minimum years of experience required.

- Pay range: $31.55–$58.69/hr ($65,624–$122,075 annualized).
