Saint Luke's Hospital, part of the Baptist Health System in San Antonio, TX, is recruiting a Physical Therapist I to join its inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation team. Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
  • Active Texas State Physical Therapy license required prior to orientation; new graduates must obtain licensure before the start date
  • Active Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required on hire (ARC or AHA); AHA Healthcare Provider BLS must be obtained within 60 days of hire
  • No prior work experience required — new graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply
  • Preferred: clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings; familiarity with marketing and business operations
  • Preferred: Spanish language proficiency
  • Additional preferred certifications per the system's Preferred Certification Listing (available upon request)
