Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy required
- Minimum of six months of recent Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy clinical experience
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Current Lymphedema Certification required at time of hire
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) required
