<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>College degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience working within a physician practice setting</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience</li> <li>Healthcare background strongly preferred</li> <li>EMR/EHR experience required; NextGen or Athena platform experience preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in a Windows environment with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet-based tools</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organizational environment</li> </ul>
