Qualifications
- Academic degree in nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- Active RN licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain), in compliance with applicable state law and regulation
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercise sound clinical judgment, and manage complex patient situations using multi-source analysis
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey sensitive clinical information and build consensus across care teams
