<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or MSN preferred</li> <li>Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>BLS certification required upon hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire for Rehab RNs assigned to applicable departments (Cardiac Rehab RNs specifically listed among ACLS-required roles)</li> <li>CPI certification required within 3 months of hire for RNs floating to Behavioral Health or Emergency Department</li> <li>PALS required within 3 months of hire for RNs floating to the Emergency Department</li> <li>NRP required within 3 months of hire for L&D, Mother/Baby, and NICU RNs (Bartlett campus hires)</li> </ul>
