Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (required); Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire for select departments (ICU, Stepdown, Med/Surg/Tele, Float Pool, Same Day Surgery, OR, PACU, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, L&D, Cardiac Care, Cardiac Rehab, Cardiac Cath Lab, Emergency Department)
- CPI certification required within 3 months of hire for Emergency Department RNs, Float Pool RNs floating to Behavioral Health or ED, and all Behavioral Health RNs
- PALS required within 3 months of hire for Emergency Department and Float Pool RNs floating to the ED
- NRP required within 3 months of hire for L&D, Mother/Baby, and NICU RNs (Bartlett campus hires)
