Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of healthcare materials management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role; 7–10 years of progressively responsible supply chain experience with 5 years at the director level preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Healthcare Management, Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting required; MBA or MHA preferred
- Acute care hospital procurement and supply chain knowledge required; direct acute care hospital procurement experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare purchasing, inventory management systems, procurement operations, and supplies distribution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-driven orientation; experience with program planning, project management, and performance/quality management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders including clinical, physician, and administrative teams
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office product suite
