Practice Highlights

- Patient population spans pediatric through geriatric, covering the full continuum of orthopedic and rehabilitation care
- Rehab Tech works under the direct supervision of licensed PT, PTA, OT, or OTA at all times
- Responsibilities include patient transport, preparation of treatment areas, hydrotherapy area maintenance, and equipment readiness checks
- Hands-on involvement in dressing changes and donning/doffing of orthopedic braces
- Inventory management support alongside therapists and assistants
- Competency-based onboarding with established benchmarks to be completed within the introductory period
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum six months of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to work with patients across the full age spectrum, from pediatric through geriatric
- Completion of all established position competencies within the designated introductory period
