Practice Highlights
- Coordinates inbound referrals from physicians, case managers, and acute care facilities for rehabilitation program admission
- Conducts pre-admission screenings for all referred patients, assessing appropriateness for the rehab program

Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a health care clinical field; Master's degree in nursing preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a health care environment, preferably hospital-based
- Demonstrated experience working with adult rehabilitation and geriatric/disabled populations; strong interpersonal skills required
- Current Texas State License in a clinical specialty — required at hire
- Active Healthcare Provider BLS (ARC or AHA) required at hire; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS required within 60 days of hire
- Marketing or referral development experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Allscripts, Microsoft Office, ACCESS, and standard clinical/office technology preferred
