<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>BLS certification required upon hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire for oncology unit RNs (per facility policy for Med/Surg/Tele and related inpatient departments)</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to perform specialty procedures and deliver nursing interventions consistent with the medical plan of care in an oncology/hematology setting</li> <li>Comfort with accurate, complete clinical documentation across all assigned patient records</li> </ul>
