Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire for oncology unit RNs (per facility policy for Med/Surg/Tele and related inpatient departments)
- Demonstrated ability to perform specialty procedures and deliver nursing interventions consistent with the medical plan of care in an oncology/hematology setting
- Comfort with accurate, complete clinical documentation across all assigned patient records
