Practice Highlights
- Processes requests for medical records, Explanations of Benefits (EOBs), UB-92s, and itemized statements for both internal and external entities
- Serves as a designated business unit contact for document fulfillment and distribution
- Performs a range of clerical functions: sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying, scanning, document indexing, and mail printing, tracking, and distribution

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Zero to three years of business office or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Data entry skills including 10-key by touch
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with excellent listening and organizational ability
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service orientation with the ability to research issues and work autonomously
- Ability to obtain and provide confirmation of all required vaccinations and health screenings prior to start of employment, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations as applicable and permitted by law
