<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Zero to three years of business office or related experience</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</li> <li>Data entry skills including 10-key by touch</li> <li>Familiarity with healthcare terminology</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with excellent listening and organizational ability</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Customer service orientation with the ability to research issues and work autonomously</li> <li>Ability to obtain and provide confirmation of all required vaccinations and health screenings prior to start of employment, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations as applicable and permitted by law</li> </ul>
