<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>BLS certification required upon hire</li> <li>ACLS certification not listed as required for the Oncology unit specifically, but must be obtained within 3 months of hire if assigned to qualifying departments (ED, ICU, Stepdown, Med/Surg/Tele, Float Pool, OR, PACU, GI Lab, IR, Cardiac, L&D, and others)</li> <li>CPI certification required within 3 months of hire for ED, Behavioral Health, and applicable Float Pool assignments</li> <li>PALS required within 3 months of hire for ED and Float Pool RNs who rotate to the ED</li> </ul>
