<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Full-facility environmental cleaning responsibilities across an acute care hospital campus with multiple specialized service lines</li> <li>Floor care duties include dust mopping, wet mopping, burnishing, stripping, and refinishing of all tile surfaces</li> <li>Carpet care responsibilities: vacuuming and deep carpet cleaning</li> <li>Germicidal surface sanitization of all facility areas in compliance with healthcare infection control standards</li> <li>Wall, door, and baseboard cleaning; trash removal; and linen and laundry delivery</li> <li>Removal of both infectious and non-infectious waste per regulatory protocols</li> <li>Project cleaning assignments in designated areas as directed</li> <li>Accurate recordkeeping including discharge logs, pager sign-out sheets, cart sign-out sheets, and Kronos time corrections</li> <li>Facility serves as a destination hospital for minimally invasive heart and vascular surgery, advanced stroke care, emergency care, wound care, and bariatric surgery</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Knowledge of floor care equipment operation (buffers, burnishers, extractors, and related heavy cleaning machinery)</li> <li>Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions in English</li> <li>Strong prioritization skills and customer service orientation in a patient-care environment</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li> <li>Previous housekeeping or EVS experience in a healthcare setting preferred</li> </ul>
