St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join the rehabilitation team at a 420-bed Level I Trauma Center that has anchored Palm Beach County healthcare for more than 80 years. This is a days-only position embedded within a high-acuity academic-caliber environment that includes a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level III NICU, and the only dedicated children's hospital between Fort Lauderdale and Orlando — giving a speech therapist unmatched breadth of patient population across adult and pediatric caseloads.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license required (or eligibility to obtain)
  • BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association required
  • 0–2 years of clinical experience; new graduates with completed clinical fellowship eligibility are welcome
  • Competency in patient assessment, age-appropriate treatment plan development, and adherence to ASHA Standards of Speech-Language Pathology Practice
