Practice Highlights
- Processes requests for medical records, Explanations of Benefits (EOBs), UB-92s, and itemized statements for both internal and external entities
- Routes completed documentation to designated business unit contacts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Zero to three years of business office or related healthcare administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Working knowledge of healthcare terminology
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with excellent listening and organizational ability
- Demonstrated ability to research independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and learn quickly in a new environment
- Customer service orientation with ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
