Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy; Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist license issued by the Agency for Health Care Administration's Division of Medical Quality Assurance required
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
  • Clinical experience desired but not required — new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and treat adult (18–65) and geriatric (65+) inpatient populations, including age-specific psychosocial and physical considerations
  • Comfort with HIPAA-compliant documentation and access to full medical records for direct patient care purposes
