Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy; Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license issued by the Agency for Health Care Administration's Division of Medical Quality Assurance required
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
- Clinical experience desired but not required — new graduates are welcome to apply
- Demonstrated ability to adapt assessment and treatment approach across adult and geriatric patient populations
- Comfort with HIPAA-compliant documentation and access to the full medical record for direct patient care purposes
