About the Community

Tucson is one of the Southwest's most livable mid-sized cities — a university town with a vibrant arts scene, internationally recognized cuisine, and year-round sunshine set against the backdrop of five surrounding mountain ranges. The cost of living is notably lower than Phoenix or the California coast, and outdoor recreation is immediately accessible through Saguaro National Park, Mount Lemmon, and miles of hiking and cycling trails. Tucson's proximity to Mexico, its diverse cultural heritage, and the presence of the University of Arizona make it a dynamic, intellectually engaged community that draws clinicians looking for both professional depth and quality of life.
