Practice Highlights
- Full-time, day-shift position on a dedicated Hematology/Oncology inpatient unit
- Direct patient care responsibilities: personal hygiene assistance, vital signs monitoring, bed linen changes, and comfort-focused support
- Nutritional support duties: serving and collecting food trays and providing between-meal nourishment
- Supply management: cleaning, sterilizing, storing, and preparing clinical supplies
- Operation of computer-driven patient care equipment in a technology-integrated clinical environment
- Works in close collaboration with nursing service personnel across the oncology care team

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program required
- Current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required; American Red Cross BLS accepted at hire with AHA certification required within 60 days
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer
- No prior experience required; 6 months of acute care or clinical experience preferred
- Prior clerical or customer service experience with HUC training in a clinical setting is preferred
- Ability to operate computer-driven patient care equipment
