<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Residency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine</li> <li>Board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)</li> <li>Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Texas</li> <li>Valid DEA license</li> <li>Current ACLS and BLS certification</li> </ul>
