<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation assistance, and medication reminders</li> <li>Support household tasks and meal preparation to maintain a safe, functional home environment for clients</li> <li>Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed</li> <li>Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents in accordance with care protocols</li> <li>Utilize an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system for visit documentation and compliance</li> <li>Operate medical equipment appropriately and ensure client safety within the home setting</li> <li>Maintain strict client confidentiality in all interactions and documentation</li> <li>Flexible shifts available across Lake Wales and surrounding communities</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with active vehicle insurance and reliable personal transportation, or demonstrated access to public transit</li> <li>Florida state requirement: completion of 40-hour AHCA-required training or passing score on the AHCA competency test</li> <li>Current CPR certification preferred; candidates without certification must obtain it within 90 days of hire</li> <li>Minimum six months of home care experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours across varying shift times</li> </ul>
