<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Successful completion of the 75-hour HHA training course — required for this position</li> <li>Florida-specific requirement: completion of at least 40 hours of training in areas required by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), or successful passage of the home health aide competency test (AHCA Form 3110-1007)</li> <li>Current CPR certification</li> <li>Valid driver's license, personal vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation (or verified access to public transportation)</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours and function independently across diverse home environments regardless of patient age, background, or condition</li> <li>6 or more months of home care experience preferred</li> </ul>
