<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance and reliable transportation — or demonstrated access to public transit</li> <li>Florida state requirement: completion of 40-hour AHCA-required training OR passing score on the AHCA competency test</li> <li>Current CPR certification preferred</li> <li>Minimum 6 months of home care experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varied home environments regardless of client age, background, or condition</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug test</li> </ul>
