Neurosurgery APP

A Neurosurgery APP (NP or PA) is needed to join an established neuroscience team at a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center in Ocala, FL, through StaffMed Health Partners. ### What you'll do - Participate in 3 operative days per week across a high-volume neurosurgery service (approximately 20% cranial, 80% spine) - Perform bedside neuro-ICU and neurosurgical trauma procedures - See patients in the outpatient clinic 2 days per week with shared call responsibilities - Collaborate daily with neurosurgeons, neurointerventionalists, neurohospitalists, and fellow APPs within a fully integrated neuroscience team ### What we're looking for - Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with prior surgical experience - Neurosurgical experience preferred - Active Florida licensure (or eligibility) - Comfort working across inpatient and outpatient settings within a high-acuity environment ### What's included - Competitive compensation through a large physician services organization - Comprehensive and flexible benefits package - Paid Time Off (PTO) - CME time and financial allowance - Occurrence-based malpractice coverage - Strong administrative and clinical support structure ### About the practice This role is embedded within a mature neuroscience program operating at a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center with dedicated neuro-ICU support.
