This is a comprehensive, full-scope PA role spanning OR first assist, vein and radial harvesting, ICU management, and perioperative patient care — not a limited-scope or clinic-only position. Practice Highlights
- Full-scope PA role encompassing OR first assist, saphenous vein and radial artery harvesting, ICU management, floor rounding, consults, and perioperative patient care
- Assist with a broad cardiac and thoracic case mix including CABG, valve procedures, lung resections, and related surgeries
- Inpatient rounding and consult management across cardiac surgery service
- Participation in call rotation as part of the surgical team

Qualifications
- Current NCCPA certification (PA-C) required
- Active South Carolina PA license or eligibility to obtain
- Cardiothoracic surgery experience preferred

- Vein and/or radial harvesting experience strongly preferred
- Comfort with high-acuity inpatient management including cardiac surgery ICU patients
