<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)</li> <li>Experience in neurosurgery or a closely related surgical specialty preferred</li> <li>Active California state license (or eligibility to obtain) required</li> <li>Active DEA registration required</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary trauma and surgical environment; strong communication and clinical judgment essential</li> </ul>
