About this role

AdventHealth is hiring a Director of Quality Management at its East Florida Division facility in Orange City, FL. ### What you'll do - Develop and implement the hospital-wide quality assessment and performance improvement program - Lead Patient Safety and Performance Improvement planning, including Root Cause Analysis and FMEA teams - Oversee the Medical Staff peer review, OPPE, and FPPE programs for continuous improvement - Analyze quality and safety data; produce dashboards, summary reports, and actionable recommendations - Ensure compliance with Joint Commission/DNV standards and AHCA/CMS regulatory reporting requirements - Coordinate performance improvement projects across all service areas through the enterprise project management office ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (required); Master's in Nursing preferred - 5+ years of clinical experience in an acute care (preferably tertiary) setting - 5+ years of quality and performance improvement experience - Leadership experience with working knowledge of Joint Commission or DNV standards, state and federal regulations - Proficiency in data tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access or equivalent database software - CPHQ certification, RN licensure, and/or Six Sigma certification preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $53.23–$99.00/hr (~$110,718–$205,920 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one plus 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating hospitals and care sites across multiple states, with a strong presence throughout Florida.
