About this role

AdventHealth is seeking a Senior Nurse Manager for its oncology service line at the Winter Garden MOB 2 location in Winter Garden, Florida. ### What you'll do - Provide specialized oncology nursing care and maintain continuity between inpatient and outpatient oncology services - Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical and non-clinical staff; manage daily operations and resource allocation - Develop, implement, and enforce evidence-based policies, procedures, and standards for oncology care - Develop and manage the annual budget and plan capital projects for the unit - Ensure compliance with Commission on Cancer standards, including survivorship care and patient navigation requirements - Track emerging trends in cancer treatment and develop new programs and research opportunities ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BLS certification required - Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience in a healthcare setting - Oncology nursing experience required - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's of Nursing preferred - Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification preferred - ACLS certification preferred ### What's included - Compensation range: $77,759–$144,624 annually - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states, with a mission centered on whole-person care in body, mind, and spirit.
