About this role

AdventHealth Parker is hiring a full-time Medical Oncology RN for day-shift inpatient care at its Parker, Colorado campus. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors. - Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care. - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize oncology patient care. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Colorado (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. - Current BLS/CPR certification (required). - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification preferred. - Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with ability to function as an effective team member. ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $34.26–$59.24 (approximately $71,261–$123,219 annualized). - Sign-on bonus eligible. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one. - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Parker is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a mission centered on whole-person care.
