About this role

A Pediatric RN Care Manager supporting the NICU is needed for full-time day-shift coverage at AdventHealth for Children in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Develop and maintain individualized care plans across the continuum, incorporating patient and family preferences and values - Monitor patient progress through assessments, evaluations, and review of patient records - Advocate for resources and work to remove barriers to effective care delivery - Maintain ongoing communication with supervising staff and interdisciplinary health providers to support health plan implementation - Serve as a resource for appropriate medical record documentation, service utilization relative to diagnoses, and post-discharge treatment planning - Coordinate transitions of care and support discharge planning for NICU patients and families ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - MSN or health-related master's degree (preferred) - Prior Care Management or Utilization Management experience (preferred) - Prior NICU clinical experience (preferred) - BLS/CPR certification (preferred); professional nursing certification (preferred) ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $32.76–$57.47 (~$68,141–$119,538 annualized) - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off beginning Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of fully paid parental leave - Whole-person well-being and mental health support resources ### About the practice AdventHealth for Children is a nationally recognized pediatric health system with 140 pediatric specialists across 35 subspecialties and more than 800 specialty-trained staff.
