AdventHealth Avista is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its NICU unit in Louisville, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments evaluating physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors for neonatal patients.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and critical-thinking skills with ability to apply abstract reasoning to revise care plans based on patient outcomes.

- Hourly pay range: $34.26–$59.24 (approximately $71,261–$123,219 annualized).
