About this role
AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a part-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its NICU unit in Littleton, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors for NICU patients.
- Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and maintain effective communication.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

- Hourly pay range of $34.26–$59.24 (approximately $71,261–$123,219 annualized).
