About this role
A full-time night-shift NICU Registered Nurse role at AdventHealth Celebration in Celebration, Florida, caring for neonatal patients within a faith-based acute care health system.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, and sociocultural factors for neonatal patients.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients' families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate neonatal care, maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.
- Respond promptly to code situations and provide stabilizing interventions as required.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
- S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification, CCNS, or Neonatal Med Certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills with ability to revise care plans based on patient outcomes.
### What's included
- Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour ($65,582–$108,659 annualized).
