About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a Clinical Pharmacy Manager for Ambulatory & Specialty Services at its Orlando, FL campus (800 N Magnolia Ave), supporting specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care, and transitions of care programs across the care continuum.
### What you'll do
- Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership across specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care, and transitions of care services
- Oversee and support pharmacists working within specialty practice areas, driving protocol and policy development
- Lead process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and implementation of evidence-based clinical best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflows across ambulatory clinics, specialty pharmacy programs, and inpatient/outpatient settings
- Close gaps in patient care, improve medication management, and ensure continuity and safety throughout the patient journey
- Support the Executive Director of Post-Acute Pharmacy Practice in advancing strategic and organizational goals
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Pharmacist (RPh) license — required
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree required; PharmD preferred
- Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience in specialty practice in a contemporary hospital setting, with a portfolio documenting sustained contribution
- PGY1 residency plus 4 years of specialty practice experience (or PGY1/PGY2 residency in a relevant specialty area plus 3 years contemporary experience) — required/preferred tiers as outlined
- BLS certification required; ACLS and Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (BPS) certification preferred
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
