RN NICU Nights PRN

AdventHealth Hendersonville is hiring a PRN Night-shift NICU RN at its hospital in Hendersonville, North Carolina. ### What you'll do - Conduct holistic, individualized patient assessments accounting for age, physiological, and psychological status - Lead and mentor staff to maintain optimal performance and competency in neonatal care delivery - Administer medications and solutions per NICU protocols - Maintain a safe, clean environment in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements - Document all phases of patient status and participate in care-transition handoffs to support continuity ### What we're looking for - Active RN license in North Carolina (required) - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred - 1+ year of NICU nursing experience preferred - PALS certification preferred; S.T.A.B.L.E. and C.O.R.E. program participation preferred (may be obtained post-hire) ### What's included - Pay range: $31.64–$50.13/hr (~$65,811–$104,270 annualized) - PRN / per-diem scheduling on night shift ### About the practice AdventHealth Hendersonville is a faith-based community hospital located in western North Carolina, part of the AdventHealth system.
