AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its NICU/PICU Transport team in Wesley Chapel, Florida. ### What you'll do - Assess, interpret, and report diagnostic data for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in transport environments including ground ambulance, rotor wing, and fixed wing aircraft - Administer and calculate medications, monitoring patient responses per protocol during transport - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team - Provide emergency care across all age groups — pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric - Supervise and coordinate patient transfers, transport logistics, and radio communications - Educate patients and families on care plans and communicate clinical updates to physicians and providers ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license and current BLS certification (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree preferred - Minimum 2 years acute care experience (required) - For PICU/NICU transport: minimum 4,000 RN hours including 2,000 hours in a Level II or Level III NICU (per Florida state rule 64J) - Critical care nursing knowledge and ability to apply high-level abstract reasoning to revise care plans in dynamic transport settings - TNCC, PALS, CEN, CCNS, or C-NPT certifications preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $32.76–$57.47/hr ($68,141–$119,538 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network operating across multiple states.
