AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time Clinical Nutrition Supervisor at its hospital campus in Celebration, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Apply the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) using anthropometric measures, biochemical data, nutrition-focused physical exams, and comparative standards to identify and treat nutrition-related problems.
- Develop, implement, and monitor nutrition interventions; evaluate patient outcomes and ensure evidence-based medical nutrition therapy.
- Supervise clinical nutrition staff: anticipate staffing needs, build schedules, support talent development, and assist with performance evaluations and corrective action plans.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition-related processes and patient care programs across assigned areas.
- Maintain regulatory readiness in alignment with CMS, AHCA, DNV, NIAHO, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Represent the department at multi-campus Registered Dietitian Leader meetings, interdepartmental committees, and task force groups.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential (required).
- Bachelor's degree in dietetics or a related field of study (required).
- 2+ years of clinical nutrition experience (required).
- 2+ years working within an electronic health record (EHR) system (required).
- Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements including CMS, AHCA, DNV, NIAHO, and ISO 9001.
- Bilingual English/Spanish and proficiency in CBORD computerized diet office software (preferred).
