About this role
AdventHealth University in Orlando, Florida is hiring a full-time Healthcare Administration Faculty member to teach and support students in its health administration programs.
### What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deliver instruction including syllabi, assessments, and clinical assignments in both face-to-face and online formats.
- Assess student performance through timely grading, written feedback, office hours, and formal evaluations.
- Advise students on academic progression, course planning, and career pathways; provide mentorship in research or field-based learning.
- Participate in curriculum development and review to ensure alignment with accreditation standards and institutional effectiveness goals.
- Engage in scholarly activities including research, publications, or professional presentations within the discipline.
- Serve on institutional committees and represent the university at professional, community, and recruitment events.
### What we're looking for
- Master's degree required (field of study open).
- Minimum 4 years of effective college-level teaching or professional expertise in healthcare administration or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with computer-based academic delivery systems and online learning environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work with an ethnically diverse student population.
- Experience with accreditation processes and curriculum assessment preferred.
