About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a PRN Community Health Program Manager at its Maitland, Florida office (Trickel Building), available Tuesday through Thursday, 9 am–5 pm.
### What you'll do
- Develop and implement standardized reporting for community benefit programs and oversee outcome data analysis to measure program impact.
- Create infographics and communication tools; manage internal and external communications to strengthen campus and community engagement.
- Research and identify grant opportunities; maintain relationships with grant writers and oversee grant evaluation and tracking.
- Maintain files, budgets, and financial performance records for community benefit programs.
- Oversee updates to the department website to ensure current, accurate information.
- Lead execution of community benefit projects and manage leadership correspondence related to community benefit activities.
### What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Business, Non-profit Management, or a related field (required); Master's preferred.
- 2+ years of project management experience in healthcare, business, government, or a community organization.
- Demonstrated experience with budgets, financial performance analysis, and program reporting.
- Experience working with healthcare and/or non-profit industry leaders; community and government leader experience preferred.
- Background in health programming, charitable grants, and/or community event coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong oral and written communication skills.
### What's included
- Pay range: $26.08–$48.50 per hour (approximately $54,246–$100,880 annualized at 2,080 hours).
- PRN/per-diem schedule with set Tuesday–Thursday daytime hours.
