About this role
AdventHealth South Orlando is hiring a full-time Research Data Analyst II to support clinical research operations and data delivery at its Orlando, Florida campus.
### What you'll do
- Retrieve, organize, validate, and deliver data supporting research study protocols, feasibility cohort queries, and preparatory reviews
- Serve as a system-wide Honest Broker, managing de-identification and limited data set delivery in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policy
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that support research studies and provide organizational insight
- Conduct financial and operational analyses to help business stakeholders make strategic decisions
- Facilitate protocol specification discussions with scientists, research coordinators, and program managers
- Manage complex datasets by aggregating, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources
### What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in business, healthcare, engineering, information systems, or a mathematics discipline
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare organization; 2+ years in a related analytic role preferred
- Proficiency with data visualization and statistical analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, R, Stata, or SAS
- Working knowledge of data management tools including MS Access and SQL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages across audiences
- Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM) or Honest Broker Certification (HB) preferred
